Introducing DynamicFilterStrategy

Introduction

Previous blog posts have introduced FilterStrategies and some different ways that they can be used. Today we introduce the DynamicFilterStrategy, which allows you to use different FilterStrategies depending on the chart's zoom level. This gives you more control and flexibility when it comes to filtering data by allowing you to abstract overly detailed regions when the chart is fully zoomed out, but to use a greater level of detail as you zoom in.
